The rules for using PROLOCKD, written to be read. If anything is unclear, email us.

Who We Are

PROLOCKD (“PROLOCKD,” “we,” “us”) is an online platform for business aviation contract crew (“Contractors”) and the schedulers, flight departments and other people who book them (“Hiring Managers”). PROLOCKD is operated by Kelly Carrillo in California, USA. By creating an account or using the site at prolockd.com you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PROLOCKD.

Who Can Use PROLOCKD

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Accounts are for individual professionals. Give accurate information and keep it current, including your training, passport and visa dates.
• Hiring Manager accounts are reviewed before they get access. We may decline or remove any account at our discretion.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Sign-in links are sent to your email, so keep your email account secure and tell us at support@prolockd.com if you think someone else has access.

What PROLOCKD Is and Isn’t

PROLOCKD is a tool that helps Contractors share availability and professional information and helps Hiring Managers find and contact them. PROLOCKD is not an employer, staffing agency, broker or party to any booking. Any trip, rate or working arrangement is solely between the Contractor and the Hiring Manager or operator.

We don't verify certifications, training, type ratings, passports, visas, experience or identity, and we don't guarantee that any member is qualified, current, available or suitable. Hiring Managers and operators remain fully responsible for their own crew vetting, training-currency checks and regulatory compliance. Rate insights are anonymous, rounded estimates for information only.

Memberships and Billing

• Contractors pay for a membership: $25 per month or $250 per year. Both plans include all contractor features, including sending newsletters by email and text, and access to PROLOCKD Community when it opens. Prices are in US dollars and may change; we'll give you notice before a price change affects your renewal.
• Hiring Manager accounts are free. A Hiring Manager who also adds a contractor profile pays the same membership as any Contractor to use contractor features.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then contractor features close. We don't give refunds or credits for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails and isn't resolved, contractor features close. Your information is kept so renewing restores it, unless you ask us to delete it.
• We may offer complimentary or promotional memberships at our discretion.

Your Content

You keep ownership of what you add to PROLOCKD: your bio, photos, newsletters, documents, contacts and messages (“Your Content”). You give PROLOCKD a limited license to store, display and send Your Content only as needed to run the service and the features you use, for example showing your bio to people you share it with or sending your newsletter. You confirm you have the right to share Your Content, and that it's accurate and not misleading.

Your Contacts and the Messages You Send

Contractors can collect sign-ups and keep contact lists in My Clients, and send newsletters and confirmations by email or text. For those contacts, you are responsible for having their permission and for following the laws that apply to your messages, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Only message people who opted in or who you have an existing business relationship with, honor unsubscribe and STOP requests promptly, and don't import purchased or scraped lists.

Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• post false, misleading or someone else's information, or impersonate anyone;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against other members;
• spam, or use member information for anything other than legitimate business aviation hiring and networking;
• copy, scrape, resell or bulk-export other members' information;
• try to get around privacy settings, stealth mode, access controls or the staged feature launch;
• upload malware, probe for weaknesses or interfere with the site;
• use PROLOCKD for anything illegal.

We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Text Message Terms

When you choose “Text me” on a Contractor's sign-up page, you agree to receive recurring availability updates and a confirmation text from that Contractor, sent through PROLOCKD. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or email support@prolockd.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are handled.

PROLOCKD’s Property

The PROLOCKD name, prolockd™ logo, site design, newsletter templates and software belong to PROLOCKD and are protected by law. You may use them only to use the service. Ideas and feedback you send us may be used freely without obligation to you.

Other Services

PROLOCKD relies on other companies to run, such as Stripe for payments and email and text providers for delivery. Their own terms apply to their services. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for them.

Changes to the Service

We're releasing PROLOCKD in stages and will keep improving it. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid membership includes, we'll tell you in advance.

Closing Your Account

You can stop using PROLOCKD and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@prolockd.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other members at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and disputes) survive after an account closes.

Disclaimers

PROLOCKD is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any message will be delivered, or that you'll get bookings or members through it.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PROLOCKD and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, bookings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of PROLOCKD or from any dealings between members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid PROLOCKD in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold PROLOCKD and its operator harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, the messages you send, your dealings with other members, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@prolockd.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and PROLOCKD agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we'll post them here with a new date and, where appropriate, tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use PROLOCKD after changes take effect means you accept them.
