Built by crew, for crew.

For nine years, Kelly Carrillo has been refining what it takes to run a successful contracting career in business aviation.

With a background in luxury sales and hospitality, she understood that exceptional service extends beyond the cabin. It also means maintaining relationships, communicating availability and making it easy for clients to work with you again.

So she created her own system: designing availability newsletters, organizing professional contacts and finding better ways to stay connected with the people who hired and referred her. Over time, those everyday solutions grew into a bigger idea.

That idea became PROLOCKD: one professional place for contract crew to share their availability, showcase their experience and connect with the people who hire them.

Based in the Northern California Bay Area, Kelly also founded Kilo Charlie Aviation Media and FA CLUB. Across her community work and the technology she builds, one belief connects it all: community creates opportunity.
